Design Culture Now - Poster

Design Culture Now is a fictional event to be held at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in NYC. Basically an exercise(excuse) to create an attractive event poster. If you actually google the project title you will find many posters with the same content just different execution. My goal for this project was to create a poster that spoke to you as you passed by. The event title was styled to appear like it was being shouted at you. My color choice was a bit different from my regular palettes(yay for stretching boundaries!) with the varied hues of green. I used a contemporary triangle design element to tie the type with the poster and lead the reader through the copy.
