Description: An extend research of capital of Greece, about its historical monuments, its major sites and ruins spotted all over the city. The project took place in the years 2011-2013, but it’s still gradually filing in. The three volumes contain almost 600 sites, which are mentioned in a total of 900 pages, with a small description of their condition and their use (among other notes). Most of them are marked on maps designed especially for that purpose, and each one has been individually photographed (where possible) during the last 5 years, for the project’s purposes.
At the end of each volume there is a list of all monuments shorted by era and number. Black dots point-out which of them are included on current book. This photo has been taken on Volume III, so items 500, 502, 512, 521 are part of it.
