For this project our collective study year put on a Marketplace. We were placed into groups of 5 and were provided selected areas inside the grand hall to create a space. We were given the entrance space and look to really take advantage of this opportunity and create an interactive installation for our peers. The Grand hall was part of the old museum building which has stood the test of time so we really wanted to play on that and create a large structure that was 100 % sustainable, reusable and transportable. We managed to source all the material for free after creating a relationship with a local packaging organisation. The Structure took a lot of time effort and calculations to be able to create it at such a scale that was self standing and locked together through only its form and no supporting structure.
