YUZU TEA ROOM
Project of designing a store space for YUZU Tea in Moscow.
Total Area of 25 sqm.
We see consistent branding and eye-catching concept as a source of sustainable competitive advantage, as it not only creates right perception of the product, but also encourages people to spontaneously walk into our store and get to know us.
The whole concept was developed with the idea of making the product and purchase experience appeal to 5 human senses. This will allow us to fully engage customers in the athmosphere of our shop and make the process of purchase an enjoyable one.
Appearance of the shop is the first thing that affects person's decision to enter the shop. We managed to make store and all the visual components of the brand relevant and interesting to the modern audience while keeping the right balance not to alienate more conservative audience.
Upon entering the store people will notice big round table with all the dry leaf tea samples in our range, Everyone will be able to smell them and figure out what they like the most.
We provide all the conditions in store for customers to be able to taste 2-3 teas freshly brewed in store.
We tend to believe, that the selection process gives no less emotions than the purchase itself. We made sure that the selection process was fun fun but at the same time convinient for the customers. All the tea & accessories are in open access, inviting customer to touct and get involved in the process.
Attartctive brand is not only tangible parts of it but also intangible. It has long been proven that carefully selected music in store can greatly affect the perception of store athmosphere and as a result increase sales.
