Black Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is an authentic churrascaria located in the popular Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando. Inspired by the food capital of Brazil, the restaurant dedicates itself to serving premium cuts of meat tableside and diverse São Paulo cuisine in a gourmet buffet fashion.
We began our marketing strategy with an emphasis on their external communication. Knowing that the restaurant provides an array of experiences that attract a wide range of visitors, locals, families, and couples, we felt it was critical that Black Fire had a distinctive but cohesive voice that could carry through traditional forms of marketing and the more modern digital advertising. So for the print material and website design, we brought together clean straight lines and crisp boxes with organic, rough textures. This communicated their modernity, and precision in cooking and service, while still honoring their strong ties to tradition.
Since their targeted audience was diverse, we put in effect a few core strategies that would cater to each targeted group. This included growing their social media, putting into effect a number of direct mail campaigns, print ads, television commercials and working closely with them to improve their internal communications.
