I built the brand identity for a private clinical herbal medicine practice I launched. 

In the practice, I work 1-on-1 with clients applying a bio-psycho-social model of care to meet their health goals. Consults enable clients to effectively & safely leverage natural therapies complementary to their conventional care and in collaboration with their conventional medical practitioners. 

The brand needed to exude the qualities of nature and modernity, since the business offers nature-based healthcare services and its clinical approach is tied to nature's wisdom.  Additionally, the target customer would be looking for such nature-based approaches, hence the brand should re-enforce the marketing message that we offer such approaches.

I designed the logo, business cards, an initial landing page, website, email newsletter and wrote all the marketing copy. 

Earth Tones + Nature
I chose to go with earth tones given the emphasis on "nature" with respect to the business.  

The green leaf background, was a composite I created myself using a macro-mode photo of a plant leaf as the base. It was then processed with various filters and the colors tweaked.

The round logo I created with the base leaf icon pulled from a stock vector graphic. It was then modified and other elements like the circle with border and various filters and matching colors applied.

Used while the full website was being developed.
