    Our main objective within the scope of this project was to improve the general user experience of Arçelik, Beko and Grundig Smart TV’s operating system interfaces and to create a user-centered interactive TV experience with a predictable logic through more appealing interfaces. Improving the visual enchantment for the menus, adding new graphics for some items and examining the comprehensibility of the menu navigations were among the basic tasks to tackle along the way. As the first step, we noted down all the user touch points carefully and spent time with the real life TV users and observed them using the TV remote and asked them questions about the bottlenecks they were facing. That let us come up with plenty of suggestions. After spending some time on a meticulous user research process and made heuristic analysis, the big picture of the user’s journey on TV started to arise day by day. With the product development, marketing and IT teams of those brands - Arçelik, Beko, Grundig - as our collaborator in the project, our UX innovation journey began and the road ahead of us started to take shape.
