This is part of an ongoing series of one-day unannounced trips across Texas. After moving from Brooklyn two years ago, I was shocked at the amount of non-commercialized, personal style in rural Texan culture. I've shot skate parks, dirt jumps, equestrian farms, desert drag strips, political events, concerts... These people have little to no first-hand access to trend-building culture yet are some of the most culturally advanced, stylish people I know. Fun project, more to come...
