Imperial Gift Box
Chocolate factory illustration developed for new gift boxes and merchandizing for Imperial.
Everything happened when I was asked to develop a simple gift box concept for the visitors of Imperial’s Chocolate Factory. Like Charlie’s Factory, portuguese Imperial is the dreamland of Chocolate.
After giving enough thought to the subject I realised that the best way to please the client and the target’s wide range of ages, would be through illustration. Hence the story of this new world begun by drawing the process of how the chocolate is made and making reference to all of my favourite childhood brands.
I picked warm and earthy cacao tones that would create a vibrant atmosphere when combined together.

At the end of this amazing journey I discovered that the illustration had gained its own life
and quickly transformed into one of my favourite projects.
