“My Revelation”

In many cultures, death is a symbolism of separation between the soul and the body and is a very supernatural, scared and irreversible phenomenon. It is a belief that the soul continues to exist after the body has perished and in an essence undergoes the idea of retribution of transmigration. The soul exists and is said to reach the “Isles of the Blessed.” And this is where one may practice a virtuous life. For me “My Revelation” as a final piece of My Trilogy is symbolism for me as a person to ultimately let go, and start fresh a new beginning of spirituality and philosophy. It is about me growing both as a person and in my profession. It is the act of rising above all the marks the world has left on my outer body, and becoming the person I’ve always wanted to be.

Mimicking the Holi Festival, which signifies the victory of good over evil and also the arrival of spring and the end of winter. Holi powders come in bright and florescent colours that create a festive vibe where people play and laugh and forget aswell as forgive. Holi festival is a time of repairing broken relationships and celebrating life.
