Each year, Cone Health produces guidebooks to distribute to their newly-arriving patients. These are designed to provide useful information about the facilities and common issues which may arise during their stay.
They contacted me to re-design the handbooks because the nurses were "embarrassed to hand them out." What I came up with is fun and engaging — not your typical healthcare production.
