This is a small personal project that I’ve been working on.
I got inspired by old transistor radios from the 70's, I wanted to create a clean-looking bluetooth-speaker with a hint of the past and usability in focus.
To make the design cleaner, the speaker only have one dial and on button for bluetooth.
Simply rotate the dial clockwise to turn on the speaker and to adjust the volume.
Amplitude has four front-facing speakers, and one rear-facing bass for deeper sound. It also features a 3.5 mm headphone socket on the left side. To give the product pleasing height/width proportions I used a golden section.
