This project is about one house construction of 180sq.m located close to Ierapetra city in Crete. It is a three level family house with a basement , a ground floor and a first floor. The basement is a storage area , the ground floor has the living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with South orientation so with the big windows and doors has a unique view to the sea. Also in the ground floor is located a small WC. Upstairs the house have two big bedrooms with their own bathroom and one master bedroom also with its own bath. Outside the plot has privacy an the 25meters long swimming pool and its surrounding area give to the owner a taste of luxury with privacy.
