A Tour of Nepal with NATTA

Between 24th-30th September 2015, the Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) invited 35 journalists, travel agents and TV crews for a tour of Nepal.
Providing accommodation in some of Nepal's world class five star hotels, the NATTA tour consisted of visits to Chitwan National Park, home of the Nepalese tiger, the lakeside city of Pokhara and guided tours of Kathmandu and it's many temples.
Chitwan National Park
Chitwan National Park is Nepal's first national park. Established in 1973 the park was granted the status of a World Heritage Site in 1984.
Pokhara
The second largest city of Nepal after Kathmandu, Pokhara lies 200 km west of Kathmandu; its altitude varies from 780m to 1350m
Kathmandu
Surrounded by four major hills, Kathmandu stands at an elevation of approximately 1,400 metres (4,600 ft) in the bowl-shaped Kathmandu Valley of central Nepal, and is home to about a twelfth of Nepal's population.
