Online voter registration is currently only offered by 26 states. Our Time has worked with Fission Strategy to make voter registration easy for all U.S. voters by designing and implementing an online voter registration widget.   For the 2012 election Fission Strategy worked with Our Time to implement an online voter registration widget that would streamline the voter registration process for 1,000’s of new voters.  Through partnerships with Tumblr, Huffington Post, and other 3rd party sites, more than 100,000 people used the Our Time voter registration tool.  

 

In the lead up to the 2014 midterms, Fission has worked with Our Time to make their voter registration tool mobile friendly, update the widget to accommodate the new states that now offer online voter registration, and make the process of registering to vote even easier by enabling users to receive their completed national voter registration form by email.
