Butterfly Effect - Associative Card Game

I designed a card game, based on the theory of the famous Butterfly Effect by Edward Lorenz. During the game every single decision of the player makes a difference in the final picture, which is up to them to piece together with the chosen cards. I wanted to create a game, that makes the person think through the visual effects and the chosen words.

First, pick four cards with a word from the chaos theory (on the back side there is an explanation about the chosen word) then associate the illustrated ones based on the adjectives. Finally the players are able to create four pictures with the associated cards. With the variations of the transparent images the gamer can come up with very different final results.
