POP ICONS –
KILL THE BORING
MTV
...Sometimes, it's too much to be on-air.
This project was about the creation of seven IDs for MTV. The fun part of the briefing was: "Let's make fun of some pop icons using cool animations in gif style". Sadly to say - or maybe not - depending on whether you are a short-tempered pop artist, the MTV US legal department together with some labels and their lawyers decided that it was too much to be on air.
Anyway, it was real fun for us to animate Nick MInaj's butt bouncing on a Washing Machine, or Kanye West showing all his self love. Therefore, we decided to finish the project anyway.
- Attention Lawyers - this is just some fun gifs that MTV decided not to put on air, but they were too cool not to be in our portfolio. So, if you want to sue something, sue boredom.
