Working alongside multiple practices such as Architecture, Industrial Design and Multimedia, myself and a fellow student, Jason Cunningham, designed a logo and a whole campaign for the Westbury Youth Center, a center that helps the youth of the community and also helps the community of Westbury in Johannesburg, South Africa. The idea was to create a campaign in which the Youth Center would come together once a year if not more to help the community and to clean up the streets of Westbury. We designed a website as well as the logo, t-shirts and badges. No coding was done on what is seen but we have designed the layout and the look and feel of the site itself. By utilizing Social Media the hashtag, #wearewestbury, would become a trending topic and anyone willing to help the community could come together to give back to the community.
