A spectacular celestial event took place today in which a Super Moon coincided with a Lunar Eclipse giving the East Coast of the United States an incredible view of a phenomenon we won't see again until 2033. I tracked the eclipse's progress from the beginning of the Penumbra stage at 9:07 pm until it reached total eclipse at 10:11 pm. The site was incredible. Coupled with clear skies in NY tonight, it was incredible from start to finish. These are all my original shots from the experience. Hope you guys realize how big and incredible the universe is! It keeps giving us reminders so let's remember to take a moment to pay attention once in a while!
