The exercise here was to give an Instagram-like filter to an image using Photoshop. I first adjusted the blue levels to add a bluish cast and then added a peach colored fill layer above the image layer and set it to multiply. I then boosted the brightness and lowered the contrast. From there I adjusted the color balance by adding blue, cyan, and green. From there I emphasized the blue with the hue slider. After the color was where I wanted it I made a spatter brush and drew a path around the border of the image. I stroked the path with the spatter brush twice to get the correct effect.
