"Memórias encantadas da terra brincante" is a four-color silkscreen featuring Brazil's popular folk festivals. This piece is 100 cm long and was originally designed to be a concertina postcard printing. Latter, it was turned into a small zine.
Brazil is a country filled with the richest expressions of popular culture. Revelries, festivals and games are present in all regions and take place throughout the year. These expressions are part of a large sewing of memories and traditions that are passed from generation to generation and form the popular unconcious of their country. As a tribute to the Brazilian soul and to the ones who keep alive their origins, these postcards illustrate some of the charmest faces of the beloved "joker's land".
