The main theme that was selected for the typeface is Nature, specifically flowers. The type of flowers used for the design was carefully chosen by using the first letter of the name of the flower. Such as the letter "D" has a daisy design on it, "S" has a sunflower, "R" has a rose and so on.

 

While the alphabet has flower, the numbers has leaf. This is because numbers and leaf are considered general as they are no flowers that begin with numbers. The swirl was used to complement them because like flowers, swirl are smooth, gentle and soft which is a perfect representation of flowers. 

 

This concept was inspired by figuring out how to make a connection between fonts and nature. From it came the idea of the flowers, the first letter in the name of flowers and how it would represent a typeface character.
