Indie Game - Unity5 "SKYHIGH"

This is an ongoing personal project I’ve been working on lately,
I’m responsible for both code development and artwork shown below.
It’s mainly for educational purposes and also a chance to put this
3 dimensional maze concept to use at the same time.

Here are some shots of the creation process, the image below shows the
starting mesh created in C4D projected over the final detailed high poly sculpt
Some shots of the high poly sculpt, varoius sculpting tools and
techniques have been put to use here.
Poly painting the model by hand and also via spotlight image
projection in zbrush
This particular model was retopologized manually for better
results, around 600 polys in total
Below are the flattened UV maps, as you can see everything is evenly
disected and the seems have been selectivly placed for minimal exposure
Final result within Unity game engine (diffuse, specular & normal
maps applied). I will be experimenting further with physical
texture maps for better results
Below is the process for the second type of rock which
had a slightly different process
The low poly mesh projected below was recreated via the
zremesher using curve guides and weight painting for optimal results
Below are the manually created UV maps
Final result within Unity game engine (diffuse, specular & normal maps applied)
Character creation : high poly detailed model, complete
with polypainting within zbrush
Low poly mesh was also created using the zremesher, below
is a shot of the weight painting and curve guides
Character UV maps + low poly base mesh (around 800 polys)
with dynamically placed polygon densities
Final model rendered within C4D with noramal and diffuse maps
Below is the rig I created for the character along with
all the animations used in the game so far
Final result within Unity game engine
