This kit was designed for beginning gardeners. It includes six different types of seeds, three different types of bulbs, and soil. The bottom wooden box, or the outter clear shell, can be used as pots. It's an all-in-one starter kit, all you need is water. 

It comes with a planting guide that includes information about each included flower. It also comes with an diagram explaining what is in each box. You can see this diagram from the outside of the box before you buy so you know what types of flower's you're getting. Each box also comes with a corresponding name tag for each type of flower, so you can mark what you plant.
