In collaboration with iRiS Software Systems, I was tasked with redesigning one of the hallmark features of the CitizenM line of hotels - their in-room iPad guest services application.

Pre-installed on an iPad within every suite, the app connects directly with all of the hospitality features available at the hotel such as dining reservations & room service, and even integrates with features inside the suite - allowing the guest to control the lights, temperature, and even draw the curtains with a matter of pinches and taps.

Between 2015/2016, the app went live at CitizenM sites in Glasgow, Amsterdam, London, New York, Paris and Rotterdam.
