This was a project that we pitched to Nebraska Furniture Mart that integrated beacon technology to help alert sales people when customers need assistance.  In addition, we used new information architecture to display information quickly and easily to help the sales people see a customer's sales history and other important information.  In addition we made recommendations for updating the mobile app and the online website that would give premium access and reviews to logged in members only.
