EasyLeak is a canning jar and it was created for Verallia's design contest. It is made of transparent glass so the consumer can always see the contents. EasyLeak's shape is based on a triangle with round edges and it has wavy textures in each side, allowing the piece to be stacked horizontally, without slipping.
It has an additional silicone piece which is part of the jar's sealing. This piece can be customized with colours and it has a pattern of perforations, based on a Victor Vasarely's work, through which we're able to leak the liquid of the content. The silicone piece also has an opening for removing the food already drained.
The lid is a prolongation of the jar itself and it fits into the silicone part.
