Slanted #16 Fontnames Illustrated "Block"

I got invited to illustrate one Fontname for the Slanted Magazine #16 "Bold vs. Light".
The fontname is "block".

So I collected a lots of associations and connections to the word "Block" like: cubes, atomic plants (there is a german word "Reaktorblock"), Pixels, vending machines, houses, skyscrapers,

and a lots of funny ones as well:

block is the name of a german chocolate, it became the inspiration for "the hot block choc late night club", and some of you might remember the new kids on the block or the famous movie
"men in block" :)
