Progettazione e realizzazione di un intervento atto a stimolare l'interazione tra le differenti culture presenti nella zona di Via Padova a Milano.

"The project is based on a series of visits to Via Padova and the surrounding streets. Through the collection of photographic material, various interviews with the inhabitants and the testimony of a cultural association active in that area, we were able to gain a better understanding of the different realities that coexist in the area and the issues/points for reflection that derive from them."
"Il progetto prende le mosse da una serie di sopralluoghi fatti in Via Padova e nelle strade del quartiere circostante. Attraverso la raccolta di materiale fotografico, le svariate interviste agli abitanti e la testimonianza di un'associazione culturale attiva in quell'area abbiamo potuto comprendere maggiormente le diverse realtà che convivono nella zona e le problematiche/spunti di riflessione che da queste derivano."
We, therefore, decided to create a small pack, containing 16 stickers illustrating different pieces of street furniture, from a bench to a fire extinguisher, from tram doors to bus timetables, etc...
Next to each icon were the names of the objects with their translation in each of the languages of the communities living in the neighbourhood.
These stickers would then be placed in the main activities and shops, available to those inhabitants who wished to participate in this intercultural game.
Abbiamo quindi deciso di realizzare un piccolo pack, contenente 16 adesivi dove vengono raffiguati diversi arredi urbani, dalla panchina all'estintore, dalle porte del tram agli orari dell'autobus ecc...
Accanto ad ogni icona sono stati inseriti i nomi degli oggetti con la relativa traduzione in ognuna delle lingue delle comunità presenti nel quartiere.
Questi adesivi sarebbero poi stati messi nelle principali attività e negozi, a disposizione di chi tra gli abitanti avesse voluto partecipare a questo gioco interculturale.
Inside the pack, we also included a leaflet and an information card explaining the concept of the project.
All'interno del pack abbiamo inserito inoltre un pieghevole e un cartoncino informativo in cui abbiamo spiegato il concept del progetto.
