Weston-Super-Mare is a seaside resort, town, and civil parish in Somerset, England. After our one-day exploration in Weston-Super-Mare, we discovered there are quite a lot mosses and lichens along the seaside walkways. Mosses and lichens are often ignored by pedestrians as they are kind of very small living organism. However, they are both ecologically important for many different reasons. In this book, we mainly focus on the variety of mosses and lichens and their growth-form.
