TILT Creative was commissioned by Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific to bring to life the Brand Image Campaign for the launch of Discovery Kids in Australia. The concept envisages children across Australia launching Discovery Kids into space via balloons. Featuring Robert Irwin, alongside 18 other children, the production entailed a 7-day location film shoot. The cast and crew explored the indigenous cave paintings of Namadgi National Park, mingled with koalas and kangaroos at the Australia Zoo, frolicked in the waves of Caloundra Beach, programmed robots at Questacon and staged a play in the iconic Sydney Opera House. These carefully selected locations each embody one of Discovery Kids’ key programming pillars.
