My thesis project is to satisfy the character, the tastes and the needs of a hypothetical shipowner in his private 65 meters yacht using an innovative and ecological design, different from the current luxury boat market.
The hypothetical client is a Singaporean financial broker, lover of all precious and rare things and collector of Ferraris of the sixties.
His main requests are to conduct his business on his boat and to take with him his luxury cars. The project is focused on an aerodynamic study used as a perfect link between beauty and function. The exterior of the boat takes as a reference some Ferrari’s models of the sixties while the interiors follow mostly a horizontal style seen in the Streamline architecture.
