"Albert Schweitzer Stiftung für unsere Mitwelt" is a NGO that is specialized in trying to end factory farming. They're trying to work together with consumers and producers to make people sensible for animal-rights-issues.

This "guidelines for student services & caterers" is designed to show how easy it could be to cook vegan meals for hundrets of girls and boys. My job was to layout and design the broshure.
First, only a digital version was planned - but as it turned out - there was a great demand, so we printed it! You can find it here.
