The goal was to introduce Omesti seamlessly as the new name for the public-listed Formis, an IT company. As there was a need to abide by the legislations of the Bursa and Security Commissions, the rebranding of Formis to Omesti has to be seamlessly weaved into and not abrupt. Hence, at the end of Formis’ Annual Report, Omesti is to be introduced.
BeGood was invited to participate in the pitching stage for Formis’ Annual Report Design and Production. As the organisation looked into not only a name change but, a total repositioning of business and brand strategy under the brand Omesti (Omesti is defined as ‘Disrupting Convention’), the design idea held on to the essence of simplicity and modernity, where this annual report was meant to shake things up and introduce change. Taking the core elements of the brand Formis and its subsidiaries, BeGood developed the idea of Transitioning to New Beginnings, Redefining Limits to ride on the campaign of change and thus distilling it down to ‘Redefining Connectivity’, the role Formis has always been positioned and the yet to be Omesti will take on, to redefine the way the digital world is interpreted since their founding in 1989.
