The brief from client was simple. To develop a property development concept that is truly one of a kind in Malaysia in the booming township of Rawang. Yet, to market the new concept and redefine the way homes are selected and purchased today, it was a great challenge as home buying today has gone down to nothing more but the price per squared feet. Be Good Creative was engaged from the onset of the marketing campaign beginning from discovering the name of the development to designing the marketing collaterals and even the Fields of Gold Experience Gallery design. In 2014, Fields of Gold was nominated for the Best Luxury Landed Development (People’s Choice Awards 2014).
Naming Fields of Gold
Fields of Gold was inspired by the special moments of a day, where buying a Fields of Gold home is more than just purchasing a space but owning a sanctuary, built for the senses and the memories that will be forged.
Designing the Marketing Collaterals
The Experience Books of Fields of Gold
To bring out the essence of Borderless Living, Be Good Creative developed a three-part brochure beginning with a Lifestyle Book, the Product Book and the Floor Plan Book.
The Lifestyle Book was positioned as the call for registration before the launch of the project and also served as the media invitation for the media conference, depicting what life could be every single day at Fields of Gold.
The Product Book were filled with details of the development, focusing on the interaction of human and nature, and where facilities and the concept of traffic-free Four-Season Themed Park interact with the residents and the homes, amplifying the beauty of every living elements and finally the Floor Plan Book, detailing the layout and spaces of each unit, all packaged in a beautifully designed folder for ease of taking it around.
