"Vodafone having 600 million customers all over India wanted to push it's barriers and create an impactful campaign as it was introducing the MNP* service, thus inviting all other network users to join it's reliable network while also empowering them by letting them retain their existing mobile number."
*MNP  (Mobile Number Portability) enables mobile users to retain their existing mobile number if they wish to change from one mobile network to another.

This campaign has won an award for the 'Best Overall Campaign' and the 'Best Innovative Media' at the Grooming Workshop'10 
 
CREATIVE CONCEPT
 
Through indepth research, it was found that consumers are extremely attached to their mobile number. They wouldn't mind switching to a better network but would genuinely fear losing their contacts. Thus, the creative ideation was born out of the fact that a consumer's mobile number is a major part of his/her identity. People's distinct facial features/ characteristics were chosen as the metaphoric medium to make an engaging campaign.

INNOVATIVE MEDIA
An interactive kiosk to be placed at malls across the country. People simply have to punch in their mobile number and  the machine auto-generates a funky avatar with the respective mobile number, which can be further posted on to their social media accounts through the touch screen. This would help invoke vigour amongst the consumers and also help spread the word in an interesting and
fun manner.
