DNA
Size: 100x80 cm
Medium: Mixed Technique on Canvas

In DNA the Artist represents the beginning of a new artistic research and language, a different cosmic walk leading over the physical limit of the canvas. The subject represented appears deformed, without sexual orientation, suspended into an unknown space/time and in the throes of a superior moment of creative madness. The Artwork presents a HOLE (in the stomach of the subject), meaning a CUT as epicenter of a new vital and creative energy leading over art itself. From the top of the painting there are DRIP OF PINK, a mixture of sweat and blood (as struggles and pains) which anticipates and characterizes the process of creating art. For the very first time in the Artist Works is present an IRON WIRE INSTALLATION around the work itself (spiral movement) and the material conjunction of pearls (i.e. stars) linked through an imaginary astral path realized with cotton strings: a visual description of the mystery of one's destiny. The Work shines for the deepness of the new research, innovative conceptual solutions (Installations and Cut) and the usual emotional intensity which is part of the Artist style.
