Five Eyes Wide Shut is a series of work that interrogates the language of government secrecy versus transparency, focusing on research and source material from Five Eyes, a network of intelligence sharing between the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, & New Zealand. Through analogue and digital processes, such as scanning and screen printing, the work intervenes in the dissemination of declassified and leaked government documents to reinterpret the normally mundane and explore how our perceptions of security and privacy change when the rigid structure of power and hierarchy within formal bureaucracy is disrupted.
