    Go. Hunt. Find. Move. Let's face it. For something that should be pretty exciting, moving house is normally pretty stressful. It's time consuming, laborious and something that we don't do everyday. That's why we look to someone we can trust, someone who knows what they are doing. Not something we'd necessarily say about most estate agents. Since 1868, Reeds Rains has been helping people find not just houses, but to find homes. We wanted this to be the founding principle in the approach to their rebrand. It's all in the small print. Estate agents have to produce and enormous amount of comms. We created a brand that felt established but allowed space for the details of the properties to shine through. They themselves are a framework and this needed to be reflected in all their communication materials. Your move is digital and physical. The mark delivers strongly on heritage, but Reeds Rains is an estate agent in 2015, and the identity needed to easily transfer across digital platforms. The internet has happened, and in a digital age it is where the customer will more than likely have their first interaction with the brand. They needed to look the part.
