Little League coaches play a vital role in their teams’ activities, on and off the diamond. In support of its coaches across the United States, Little League International provides assistance, education, and resources to coaches in various ways. The Little League coach resource center gives coaches access to an array of free resources and informational content from such contributors as two-time Olympic Softball gold medal winner Michele Smith and Little League licensees.

In addition to the coach resource center, Little League provides coaches with educational tools to guide their volunteer activities on and off the field. The Coaches Toolkit helps coaches get their teams ready for play with packages that include baseball- and softball-level rulebooks, DVD training tools, and training manuals.
