This project is located on Lake Simcoe and the forms part of a suite of 3 buildings on the site: the gatehouse, the cottage and the boathouse.  An existing structure,  the cottage was due for a major renovation.  This increased the connection to the outdoors and provided improved amenties such as a pool bath and dedicated kitchen space.  It also features a number of unique lighting elements that are tied into a Crestron home automation system.
