As I want to show the company services more clearly in the new logo, I designed a new icon to represent the idea of student housing. An energetic color is applied to appeal to the target the audience.

Magazine Cover
This is a new cover design for student housing magazine. The picture uses a mixture of busy studious imagery in a relaxing setting. This is to show how the magazine can make things easier for students during a busy time.
The studious imagery is also made to look like a house for illustrative purposes. Keeping the cover image simple allows people to understand it at a glance.
Print Advertisement
The advertisement is for selling the new issue of the magazine. Many illustrated houses are added to make the picture exciting since the idea is mainly to catch the target audience’s attention. The overall feel is kept simple and pleasant.
