Doctors, botanists and antiquaries, Andrew and James Balfour, were renowned for their fantastical collection of curiosities and botanics. Inspired by their story, Balfour Bros. Distillery aims to recreate their apothecary’s sense of history, scientific discovery, and curiosity, with customisable drinks recipes and experiences.
