Arc Media's profile

Ballamona CGI - Architectural Visualisation

Billed as an exciting opportunity to create the most prestigious – and expensive – private residence in the UK outside London, Ballamona is an outstanding 112-acre country estate on the Isle of Man.
Visual communication was vital for both the planning and marketing phases of the project, and resulted in the creation of materials which would go on to attract the attention of the national media.
ArcMedia initially worked directly with the directors and designers of Richmond Square Group to assist with securing planning permission, with provision of visual impact images requested by the local authority as part of the application.
On approval, ArcMedia was then commissioned to develop a unique brand identity for the estate, and deliver the full range of marketing collateral to help secure an off-plan sale.  In addition to more than 30 still CGIs, depicting the impressive exterior, extensive grounds and the stunning interior scheme, ArcMedia produced three animations, delivered the development website and brochure – which took the form of a coffee table book – and devised a series of teaser adverts for national and property press
In order to deliver a more immersive experience to potential purchasers, ArcMedia also developed a bespoke iPad app that provides gyroscope controlled, panoramic virtual tours of the rooms and the estate. Alongside this, a bespoke walnut box with marquetry design was commissioned to house the iPad for hand delivery to prospective purchasers.
