It is put in a big open area that many people could join the activity, for example outside the harbor city.
The big screen
The upper part is the counting down life bomb of the obese children to catch the audience attention. The obese child wearing the atomic bomb in the big screen is eating when no one is doing exercise in front of the installation.
The stepper
When the audience try to step on the stepper, the obese child in the big screen is doing exercise. After all the lights on the stepper on, a light will go from the stepper the big monitor and it is converted to a heart, which adds time to the counting down atomic bomb. It implies that doing exercise can help extent their life expectancy. UNICEF will donate organic food to the school according to the accumulated time donated from the participants and also hold some activities or workshops for the obese children in order to promote healthy living style.
