The Objective of this project is to integrate and redesign the entire intranet portal for all the employees across the organization and create a single gateway for accessing all intranet documents and portals. Intranets are usually generic to all the employees. We decided to make it personalized for every employee. This thought led to the design of card based intranet home page where every employee will have personalized set of cards based on the line of business, designation, role and entitlements. For Example, if a HR Executive in the organization accessses the intranet site, he/she will see a personalized homepage with cards that are pertaining to HR. The employees can play around the home page and customize it by adding or removing the cards of their interest.

The Intranet site is made to be responsive and available to be viewed from mobile and tablet devices too. The 3-Column cards layout will breakdown into single column layout where the user can scroll to see all the available cards.
