VoV - Vast og View
Project that combines two artists, two ways of seeing. Both around Iceland.
Both about finding the way of capturing the frame.
My part of the project is called VAST.
ABOUT VAST
How to see Iceland? Where is the frame? How I feel it? That were the major questions I’ve got when the idea came up to my mind. Space. That is what Iceland has most for me. Large areas of nothing, endless horizon with something between. That was I wanted and still want to catch. That is how I see. VAST territory full of air, skies, grounds and surfaces which I love to grab with camera obscura type of camera.

I was responsible for visualization.
I created logo, graphic design for leaflet, map, signboards and facebook/VoV fanpage with posts.

On the map I put GPS details were parts of VoV were shown in centre of Reykjavik.
My VAST photographs were taken with camera obscura.
VAST was in several places in Reykjavik and idea of VoV was to involved people for finding the VoV.
Pictures in large formats which showed beauty of Iceland in very special way without using special effects in Photoshop.
As I explained during our official walk THERE IS NO PHOTOSHOP!
