Tutor.com (TDC): Home page design

Tutor.com (TDC) started in 1998, when a small group of passionate education and tech professionals had a terrific URL and a big idea—use the Internet to connect students to tutors for instruction at anytime from anywhere. They recruited about a hundred tutors and created one of the first online, interactive classrooms. Today, they have thousands of experts teaching and coaching in more than 40 different subjects, live 24/7, and also offer college readiness and test prep services through their merger with The Princeton Review.

In my capacity as their Creative Director / Visual Designer for nearly 10 years, I developed and maintained high visual ID standards across multiple brand platforms; produced associated collateral and event-based properties for various markets; and evolved creative over time to accommodate shifting behavior/needs of a varied audience segments.
