My first non-brochure layout with Shea Real Estate. I feel like I went overboard with the HDR a bit but it was a great way to get all the images to compliment each other more. "Hello San Diego!" is a compilation of the neighborhoods featured each month on the Shea Real Estate website in 2014. The full issue is currently available on ISSUU and highlights the multiple offerings of 12 unique San Diego County communities.
