Interactive dance canvas project concept revolves around visualising the relation between visual arts and performing arts.
Prototype and Simulation
By using Processing coding language to creating a prototype file to track the lightest pixel projected from the light source, which is LED lights connected to the dancer's wrists and ankles, onto a camera (here I am using the computer’s camera) this will then translate the motion into graphics which would be projected onto a big screen behind the dancer.

This is a simulation ,which I created using After Effects with the particular trapcode plugin from redgiant website, of what it would be like viewing the live dancing performance through the camera while the interactive graphics (light streaks) get projected back as a translation to the motions in graphics. http://youtu.be/l2HZX4_7UFE
